Sunshine

made this a long time ago... during the summer (if u couldn't guess by the berries ) i'm obsessed with tarts and pies... i love making them i love looking at them i love eating them. this one is made with a tangy lemon filling, kind of like lemon curd but not quite the same. the berries are (starting from the outside): blackberries, strawberries, yellow raspberries - which i had never seen before but i had to buy cuz yellow is my fav color and raspberries are just amazing - blueberries and more blackberries.

i wish it were still summer so i could have more berries...
