Matcha Choco Cupcakes Recipe

ok, so i have no idea if there is a proper category for recipies so i am just throwing this down in culinary arts.

*rainbowangst101 asked for a recipe for my matcha and chocolate cupcakes and i said i'd post one... about two months ago. kinda late

anyway, as i said in the recipe, the cupcakes are adapted from la tartine gourmande and the frosting is of my own invention. check out the website! it's got lots of drool-worthy photos and recipies. and it's in english and français. fabulous!
